Terms and Conditions of Use/Return Policy 

Please read the following Terms and conditions of use carefully. The Terms and Conditions Use Agreement is applicable when purchasing from us, Bargainlacewigs.co.uk, at our online store. You, the Customer, agree to have read and to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Bargainlacewigs.co.uk has the right to revise the following Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We, Bargainlacewigs.co.uk, do not loan or give credit on any of our lace wigs or hair products. All orders will only be processed when full payment has been received by us, Bargainlacewigs.co.uk. Due to the nature of the product, for health and safety reasons, sales of lace wigs and accessories are final, and refunds will not be issued. We endeavour to represent our products accurately and make our customers happy. PLEASE NOTE all items are thoroughly checked by us before they are dispatched. All postage and handling charges are non refundable. Please ensure you check your order carefully prior to payment, as changes cannot be made once submitted.

Please allow 5 – 8 weeks for delivery of custom-made lace wigs, as all Bargainlacewigs.co.uk lace wigs are handmade in many hours of skilled manual labour, using the highest quality hair. We will not be held responsible for any delays in production, as these are outside our control. We do reserve the right to cancel your order within this period and issue a refund. Should this happen with your order we will contact you and inform you of the reason for refund.

All items are usually sent via Royal Mail within the UK, unless the order is unusually large or heavy, in which case a courier service such as DHL may be used. International orders are sent with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Fedex, depending on weight. Bargainlacewigs.co.uk assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit, therefore all claims will be made via the postal service. Claims for lost items can only be made 15 working days (25 working days for international orders) after the items were posted, so please allow for this waiting period. Our delivery times are between 9am and 2pm from Monday- Saturday except Public Holidays.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, it must be returned, AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE, within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Special Delivery (for wigs) or recorded delivery (for accessories) must be used for returns. The item must be in its original packaging, untampered with and UNUSED, in the same condition that it was sent to you. VERY, VERY IMPORTANT: THE LACE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CUT! If returning adhesive, solvent or similar, the product MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED. If you fail to adhere to these conditions, your return will be refused. We require a 15% restocking fee for all returns - this will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item IN RESELLABLE CONDITION. Postage will not be refunded. Please allow 7 working days to process the refund upon receipt of the item.
You may also exchange your item for another one, provided it has not been used or altered in any way. If you wish to exchange, we will require an additional postage fee to send the replacement item to you.

SALE ITEMS:

Sales on all Sale Items (i.e. items in the "SALE" section) are final. Sale items cannot be returned, nor exchanged. Their condition is always described and depicted accurately, and are sold as seen.
